I have contemplated having this surgery over the past ten years. My whole adult life I have had large breasts and it has hindered my active lifestyle. I would always wear two tight bras and large shirts, mostly sweatshirts, to hide my chest size. After 30 years of working in law enforcement, it finally became a serious problem for me at work. I finally came to the realization that if I wanted to continue with my career and stop being miserable and suffering over the rest of my life, I needed to have my breasts reduced. I was very afraid of the surgery; however, it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I only wish I would have done it ten years ago. I’m more active, I breathe better and I can finally wear normal shirts and bras. Don’t wait to have it done if you’re considering it. It will be the best thing you’ve ever done!
